29.97 fps always comes out at 23.976

I know 29.97 material isn't all that common, but it's out there, and the two files I have both get spat out at 23.976.

Does XenonMKV ignore a file's current FPS, assuming all files are 23.976?  Or is it just having problems detecting 29.970 and defaulting to ~24.

I can post a log if need be.  Just looking for a "Assume FPS" option in the future or a workaround for the current build

(Files in question?  The latest UFC, and the first episode of the new season of The Ultimate Fighter.)

It should be detecting this condition, but I can add the option for a future release. Thanks for the report.
