2nd Part plays fine, 1st part will not play....HELP!!!

I have converted an .mkv using Xenon. Both parts play fine on PC, the 1st part will not play on the 360.

Unfortunately I have deleted the original .mkv file and I am left with the 2 converted .mp4's.

Is there anyway to fix the first part (.mp4) without having to download the whole .mkv again??

The only think I can think to do would be to use YAMB, a front-end GUI for MP4Box, and extract the audio and video tracks from your non-playing MP4.

Then, create a new MKV with the MKVToolnix tools and run XenonMKV on the new MKV you've created after you've checked that tne new MKV is actually viewable..

But realistically, in the time you've posted this request, waited for a reply, possibly unsuccessfully tried to repair your bad MP4, you probably could have re-downloaded the original MKV, split THEN converted, and already have watched and deleted the movie.
