audio is not very clear

im a big fan of xenon mky, its made my life much easier converting rips for the xbox 360 and watching them on a 50 inch bravia, however ive been facing a peculiar problem in that the video quality is amazing as it should be the audio is such that u cant really understand what the people are saying in the movie, u really have to strain your ears and concentrate to know what theyre saying, putting the volume up to max or down to dead doesn’t do that trick could you guide me as what I need to tweak inorder to better the sound?
